We want you to enjoy the products you buy from us. Please note that although we do our utmost to ensure that our product descriptions are accurate, products may vary slightly from our printed descriptions, due to changes made by the manufacturer. Descriptions and availability of items are given in the best of faith and we are not accountable for any genuine errors made. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. Please read our full terms and conditions:
Pricing Policy
All our prices are quoted inclusive of VAT. Unless otherwise specified prices are stated by us without obligation and are subject to alteration without notice. We will give notice of any price increase, prior to delivery and you may cancel your order in writing within 3 days of any such notice.
Postage and Delivery Policy
This service is available for UK mainland only. Your order will be dispatched within 2 normal working days, by 1st Class Royal Mail, subject to stock availability. Every effort is made to dispatch your order complete. Unfortunately we cannot ensure that we are permanently in stock of all items as they are also being sold through our retail outlet. In the event of an item you ordered being out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel it, as not all items are re-orderable from our suppliers. If you are ordering goods for shows, auditions or a Christmas gift, we recommend that you place your order approximately four weeks in advance.
All parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home during normal office hours Monday to Friday please provide an alternative delivery address. We cannot accept liability for late deliveries.

Returns Policy
Please keep the invoice, returns note, original packaging and transport packaging until you are certain you intend to keep the goods. All returns should be sent within 30 days, by recorded delivery. There is a £2.50 handling charge per item for all refunds on goods received after 7 days.
All orders are checked, prior to despatch. However, if any picking errors occur please inform us within 48 hours of receipt.
Please complete the 'Returns Form' when returning goods to us, exchanges or refunds cannot be processed until we receive a completed returns form. Returns should be sent postage paid, by recorded delivery, as we accept no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. All returns must be sent within 30 working days to Indigo, 79 Parkfield Road, Coleshill, North Warwickshire, B46 3LD, for either an exchange or a refund. However please note there is a £2.50 handling charge per item for all refunds on goods received after 7 days.
Returns must be sent, as new, in re-saleable condition, in the original packaging and tags still attached. When trying on shoes please ensure they are worn on a carpet or a non-marking floor. We will not replace shoes or items of dancewear that have been damaged, danced in or used. Tights will not be exchanged or refunded if removed from their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, items such as makeup cannot be returned once opened. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note carriage costs will be refunded only if the goods are faulty or if we have miss-picked your order. Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances. We will process refunds as quickly as possible. Orders made between 1st November and 31st December can be returned up to 31st of January. Please note that we are closed between Christmas and New Year.
