Guarantee
We want you to enjoy the products you buy from us. Please contact us if you need any help and advice with sizing. We are always happy to give guidance based on the information you give us but can not guarantee a fit. Please note that although we do our upmost to ensure that our product descriptions are accurate, products may vary slightly from our printed descriptions, due to changes made by the manufacturer. Descriptions and availability of items are given in the best of faith and we are not accountable for any genuine errors made. Please read our full terms and conditions:
Pricing Policy
All our prices are quoted inclusive of VAT. Unless otherwise specified prices of goods, handling charges and postage & packing, are stated by us without obligation and are subject to alteration without notice. We will give notice of any price increase, prior to delivery and you may cancel your order in writing or by email, within 3 days of any such notice.
Postage and Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch your order within 10 working days (e.g. Not including Saturday, Sunday, UK bank holidays). However, this is not a guarantee as all orders are subject to manufacturers' stock availability. Every effort is made to dispatch your order complete. If you are ordering goods for shows, auditions or a Christmas gift, we recommend that you place your order approximately four weeks in advance.
All parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home during normal office hours Monday to Friday please provide an alternative delivery address. We cannot accept liability for late deliveries.
Returns Policy
Please make sure that you want the goods you are ordering: We only accept returns, in the unlikely event that the goods you receive are faulty and they are returned to us, within 7 working days. Outside of this time period, replacements and refunds will be made at our discretion, dependant on manufacturers' individual returns policies. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If any picking errors occur please inform us within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact us prior to returning any item as we only accept returns with prior notification: contact sales@indigodance.co.uk.
Returns should be sent postage paid, by recorded delivery, as we accept no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. Returns must arrive as new, in appropriate packaging. Our returns address is Indigo, 55a Attleboro Lane, Water Orton, North Warwickshire, B46 1SB.
Please note carriage costs will be refunded only if we have miss-picked your order. Postage is non-refundable in any other circumstances.
Cancellation
We do not accept cancellation of the order, where we can only deliver part of the order. We only accept cancellation of individual items where we have failed to process those specific items within 30 days from the order date. In the event of an item you ordered being permanently out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel it and issue a refund. Refunds will always be processed as quickly as possible.
